The fee for the Commercial Building storage is $235.00 for any vehicle up through 20' for the storage season (as measured
from the end of the motor to the end of the trailer tongue)  Limited to 7" in Height. Any vehicle over 21' is $285.00 for the
storage season (as measured from the end of the motor to the end of the trailer tongue). Contracts are recorded on a first
come, first served basis; the proof of insurance and the deposit must be included with the signed contract.

Storage season runs from October 22 - April 7.

Rental Deposit:  A rental deposit and rental application (see Download below) are required to secure rental.  Deposit is
non-refundable if the event is cancelled.  Deposit is returned in full if rented area is found to be clean and free of damage
after event.   Buildings and facilities are rented on a "As Is" policy and are to be left in the same condition.

Chairs and Tables:  Included with the rental depending upon availability.

Additional days for set-up and take-down:  Charged by the rental.  Check for details.

Security:  Is leesee's responsibility.

RV Parking: Allowed in conjunction with events (dry camping) $15.00 per night.

Also available for rent:  Bleachers, stage, drum risers.
